CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, or fees that may apply. US orders are duty free. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES all countries except Germany

I don't accept returns , but you can cancel your order before I ship it out.

Request a cancellation within:  2 days of purchase

I don't accept exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

In case of cancellation I will refund the full amount.

MINORS

Minors need approval  from parents or adults in order to make online purchases.
 

DEPOSIT FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

The buyer has to make a first payment for a custom-made creation. There is a deposit listing in the shop section. This first payment CANNOT be refunded after I have started working on the order. The first payment cannot be refunded even If the buyer decides not to purchase the finished creation. It is a custom artwork and I cannot easily sell it to someone else. The deposit is a security for my time and effort and does not equal the total price. Total price will be calculated after completion, and the customer will receive an invoice with the remainder.
 

SHIPPING COSTS & DURATION

Shipping depends on the country you live in. The exact price will be visible when you have all your items in the cart.  

Everything is shipped from Germany. Shipping is not available for these countries: Great Britain, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Hungary, Estonia, Austria, Finland, Irland, Canada, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Cyprus.
 

For Germany it's  7€ (HERMES) and 7.70€ (DHL) with tracking and liability up to 500€. With liability up to 20€ it's 5€.

STANDARD shipping for EU, and all other countries is 12.50€ with tracking, and 20€ liability. Not available for US.

For liability up to 500€ there's PREMIUM shipping: 
   US 35€ (the only option available at the moment)
   AUSTRALIA 29€

Shipping for WeeWheekys: 
 

   For Germany it’s 5€ with tracking. 
   For EU and the rest of the world it’s 6.60€ (NO tracking and NO liability for lost or damaged packages). 
   International tracked shipping 9.20€ with liability up to 20€. Not available for US.

Wait&Collect option:

If you want to save on shipping costs, you can select this option. You can do this by ticking the box in the shipping options. I will hold your order until you want everything to be shipped. For Germany, the final shipping costs are a maximum of 7.50€. For the other available countries, the final shipping costs are a maximum of 12.50€. For the United States, a total of 35€ will be charged. If you have paid lower shipping costs (for example, 9.20€ for a small WeeWheeky parcel), additional shipping costs may be charged, but these will not exceed the maximum amount. I will inform you personally by email about the final shipping costs. 
 

All orders, except pre-orders are usually shipped within two weeks, but exceptions are possible especially with unexpected events happening around the world.

I pack everything securely with extra cardboard for extra strength. Shipping is usually very safe. However I don't take responsibility for lost packages, or damages caused by the postal service. It is very important that you give me the correct address to avoid any additional costs caused by a wrong shipping address. You will have to defray costs in that case.
